Yeah today feeling so great because this is the first time ever I shooting for a wedding event. Normally, I was just shooting events in my university but now I have the chance to shooting outside my university. Anyway, I need to thanks my senior for this wonderful invitation. Beside that, I also happy because I going to official launch my new flash SB-800 at this event.

So, as usual I am late this morning and my senior keep calling me to wake me up. Luckily, he didn’t left me behind, thanks again. After a hour journey, at last we reach at the location which we will shoot. When reach there I quickly gear up all my equipments, at last I taking out my SB-800, hehe. Then, I start to fire here fire there to test the setting and see which setting that suitable with the condition and lighting.(anyway, the lighting there is quite bad). So, I actually didn’t know how to use this new flash and I start to test everything, every menu, every function, every angle and yes everything. This took me about 4 hours to test everything and I still can’t figure out what is the best setting anyway. Then, the “king” and “queen ” of that day came and I was there to standby while my friend who is the main photographer still busy arranging the setting inside the hall. He asked us to shoot as many as we can and shoot the photos where they walking from the outside till inside the hall. So, at this time I still try to figure out what is the best setting and angle for the flash anyway but still disappointed me because I still can’t get the best lighting. In photography, for me, even you get the best composition without best lighting and setting your photos still look sucks.

So, after 3 hours at last the wedding is over and I still can’t figure out the setting. The day make me so down but I still happy because get this chance to shoot wedding. Anyway, here are some of the selected photos that I get from the wedding. Enjoy it!! Later I will post the night events (Colors Of Malaysia) which having launch at Putrajaya.
